PRESCRIPTION REFILLSPlease CONTACT YOUR PHARMACY -- even if you are out of refills. 
Your pharmacy will contact your provider directly for expedient prescription fullfillment. 
If you require labs for a Rx renewal, please call or portal message our admin staff. 

** If this is a medical emergency or an urgent symptom- please call 911, contact your Primary Care Physician or go to Urgent Care.
